He was predeceased by: his father Robert L. Dugan. He is survived by: his mother Elaine L. Dugan; his children, Amy L. Dugan Senger (Kevin), Kaysee A. Dugan Kauer (Gary), Tyler J. Dugan and Kristen L. Dugan Davidson (Ben); his significant other Karen; and his sisters, Susan Knudtson (Phil Lampert) and Judy Dugan Stephens. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews and all of his friends.
