He was predeceased by: his sister Dolores. He is survived by: his wife Faith Crisman Lewis; his children, Dale Crisman (Brandy) and Angela Crisman (Dan); his grandchildren, Lydia Raderschadt and Logan Raderschadt; his stepdaughters, Laura Zaic and Emma Zaic; his brother Ted Crisman (Darlene); and his former wife Jan Martinson. He is also survived by numerous friends and family.
