He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Volin (Toots) and Delores Volin (Peggy); his siblings, Connie Baertsch, Lynda Reed and Chuck Volin; his siblings-in-law, Shelley Volin and Dave Hunsaker; and his nephews, Scott Baertsch and Jacob Volin.
He is survived by: his significant other Sher Johnson; his sister Dixie Hunsaker; his children, Chase Volin (Kelly) and Samantha Briegel; his grandchildren, Noah and Alyna Volin; and his close friend Sher.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Chamberlain McColley's Funeral Home (234 N 6th St, Custer, SD 57730).
