It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Heather RaShell Plaisted of Custer, South Dakota, who passed away on September 17, 2023, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandmother Mona Glade; her great-grandparent Ramona Bettelyoun; her uncle Robert Plaisted; her great-aunts, Walean Herman and Paula Morris; and her cousins, Tony Garnett, Little Leo and Jake Herman.

She is survived by: her parents, Amy Clarke (Tony Collins) and Charles Plaisted, Sr. (Samantha Knauss); her children, Harmony Sky, Hailee Rain, Hope Starr Plaisted and Aaliyah Cox; her siblings, Charles Plaisted, Jr. and Jen Cogswell; and her grandparents, Bob, Bea Plaisted and Jim Glade. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, & cousins.
