He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis "Bill" Morsett and Margaret Morsett (Emmert); his daughters, Kimm Kay and Tamara Rae; his wife Patty; and his stepson Mark Boggs.
He is survived by: his son Jimmy Jay Morsett of Gillette, WY; his significant other Phyllis Boggs of Custer; his sister Louise Flack (Lloyd) of Rapid City, SD; and his grandchildren, Chad Getchell, Tiffany Walker, Stacy Taylor, Jason Stilwell, Tonya Stilwell, Joseph Stilwell and Dustin Morsett. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren and nephews, nieces and cousins.
