He is survived by: his parents, Philip Bader and Shelley Bader of Custer; his siblings, Madison Barta (Tyler) of Taylor, NE, Riley Burianek (Jesse) of Lincoln, NE and Ethan of Custer; his grandparents, Mark, Karen Meyer of New Salem, ND, Richard and Gerri Bader of Broken Bow, NE; and his great-grandparent Sharon Meyer of Gothenburg, NE. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many special friends.

Memorials are suggested in Carter's name to the scholarship fund and an account will be set up at First Interstate Bank.
