We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2024, at the age of 88, Byron Ira Marteny of Custer, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Odin Marteny and Ruth Marteny (Robinson); his granddaughter Casey Parker; and his siblings, Lee, Peggy, Gladys, Albert, Roger, Jerry, Charlie and John.
He is survived by: his wife Janice of Custer; and his children, Tom Breen, Timmy Joe Marteny, Keith Marteny, Robert Marteny, Daniel Marteny, Susan Sparvell and Ann Kasiska. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
