He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Frank and Dorothy Katherine Finch; his wife Sharon; his son Greg; and his brothers, Dan, Bob and Jim.
He is survived by: his children, Brian, Reed (Tonna), Jodi, Jeff and Fred, Jr.; and his siblings, Kathy Sorlie (Harry), Jeanne Verley, Mary VanRoekel (Roger) and Deane Finch (Vicki). He is also survived by many loving grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Sioux Falls Humane Society.
