He is survived by: his wife Carol Voyles; his sons, Zeb Hoffman (Megan) of Creighton and Zack Hoffman (Lucy) of Wall; his grandchildren, Nora, Coy, Cort, Elsie, Chet and Maurice Hoffman; and his sister Debbie Turner (Doyle) of Kenton, Ohio.
