She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pesicka and Agnes Pesicka (Blaha); her husband Roy Robert Patocka; her siblings, Adeline, Wilhelmina, Irene, Alfreda, Henry, Adolph and Louis; and her son-in-law Roger Kozak.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Kozak, Lucille Thaler (Mel), Duane Patocka (Joan Hatcher), Steven Patocka (Colette), Susan Schultz (Joseph) and Debra Smith. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.
