She was predeceased by: her husband Dick Hofstee; her siblings, Adrian Van Hofwegen, Geneva Luinenburg and Norma Dykstra; her grandsons, Hans and Heath; her parents-in-law, Hans and Berendje Hofstee (Rienstra); and her siblings-in-law, Henrietta Van Hofwegen, Johanna Hofstee, Adriana Hofstee, Klaasje Hofstee, Richard Dykstra, Peter Hofstee, Gerrit Hofstee, Everett Hofstee and Hans B. Hofstee.

She is survived by: her son Harvey Hofstee (Sharon) of New Holland, SD; her grandchildren, Rebecca Starkenburg (Daniel) of Bemidji, MN, Dain Hofstee (Erin) of Sioux Falls, SD and Nicholas Hofstee (Laura) of Brandon, SD; her great grandchildren, Abigail, Eli Starkenburg, Alexandria and Alexis Hofstee; and her siblings-in-law, Marvin Luinenburg, Clara Hofstee, Jean Hofstee and Lee Hofstee. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family requests that memorials be directed to the New Holland Christian Reformed Church or Dakota Christian School.
