He is survived by: his wife Marvis Hall; his children, Jamie Foster (Lisa), Amy Blissmer (Eric), Brian Foster, Angie Brown (Joel) and Mankato; his stepsons, James Hall (Vicki) and Alan Hall (Nicole); and his siblings, Ken Foster (Carol), Jerry Foster (Robin), Larry Foster (Anita), Colton, Mark Foster (Stephanie), Connie Melloon (Michael) and Mary Hoffman (Kurt). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
