He was predeceased by: his parents, John Walker and Esther Walker (Sutton); his wife Janice Jurgens; and his siblings, Ralph Walker, Marie Coble, Mildred Clark and Dorothy Van (Meer).
He is survived by: his children, Dawn Lydic (Ken) of Sioux Falls, SD, Mark Walker (Shelly) of Omaha, NE, Adam Walker (Sindle) of Sioux Falls, SD, Alan Walker (Jennifer) of Brandon, SD. and Debra Grodin; and his sisters, Louise Bakke of Kenosha, WI and Marilyn Wiese of Sioux Falls, SD.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, family wish memorials which will be directed to the SD Game Fish and Parks Habitat and the First Lutheran Church of Colton.
