She is survived by: her parents, Steve Atteberry and Sandy Atteberry (Bich); her sister Andrea Olson (Brock); her nieces and nephews, Isaac and Claire of Afton, MN; her sister Kara Van Orden (Andy); her nieces and nephews, Anabel and Flora of Ringwood, NJ; and her grandparents, Lyman and Phyllis Bich of Cavour, SD.
The family requests that memorials be made to South Dakota Right to Life or the Orphan Grain Train in Kelsey's honor in lieu of flowers.
