We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2020, at the age of 85, Merlyn L. Richter (Colman, South Dakota) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Merlyn L. Richter to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Richter and Rachel Richter (Liester); his brothers, Robert and Norman; and his sisters-in-law, Neva, Margaret and Sharon.
He is survived by: his children, David Richter (Jerrilyn) of Dell Rapids, SD, Debbie Rave (Robert) of Dandridge, TN, Kathy Weigel (Jeffrey), Lori Richter of Sioux Falls, SD, John Richter, Larry Richter (Steve) and Deniese Engelstad (Mike) of Canton, SD; and his siblings, Virginia (Frank), James Richter of Washington State and George Richter of Washington State. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at a later date due to Covid-19 precautions.
