She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Hasek and Ella Hasek (Crha). She is survived by: her significant other Richard A. Johanson; her son Rick L. Johanson of Egan, SD.; her brothers, Steven, Harry and Bernie Hasek; and her niece Jeri Ann.
