Brandenburger (Swenson); his grandparents, Willie Swenson (Donie), Bernard and Alma Brandenburger; his parents-in-law, Carolyn Hill, Judy Schumacher and Paul Hill; his stepmother Brenda Brandenburger; his brother-in-law Robert Brochel (Bob); and his godfather Leroy Stricherz.
He is survived by: his father Allen F. Brandenburger of Revillo, SD; his wife Nora Brandenburger; his children, Austin Brandenburger and Brandi Brandsrud (Justin) of Clear Lake, SD; his sisters, Julie Persson (Morris) of Rapid City, SD, Tresa Wangler (David) of Aberdeen, SD and Lauri Bonneau (Barry) of Bancroft, NE; his father-in-law Alrin Schumacher of Clear Lake, SD; and his siblings-in-law, Lisa Christensen (Dallas) of Castlewood, SD, Vickie Brockel (Robert) of Linchfield, SD, Ida Hill of Brookings, SD, Ramona Hill-Mills of Brookings, SD, Alan Schumacher (Susie) of Paragould, AZ and Steve Hunter (Susan) of Keywest, FL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
