He is survived by: his wife Susan Gailey (Van Groningen); his children, Kristi Prickett (Smith) and Jeremy Smith; his grandchildren, Alyssa Tollivet, Alexis Pricket, Alivia Bayer and Keaton Smith; his great grandchild Blake; and his sister Jeannene Henry of Muskogee, OK.
