He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Kay (Gary); his brother Donald Fritz; and his brothers-in-law, Norman Engebretson, Bill Meyer and Rudy Meyer.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, James Fritz (Angel), Bruce Fritz (Debi), Brenda Gira (Randy) and Douglas Fritz (Julie Kjenstad); his sisters, Betty "Tiny" Engebretson, Delores "Dolly" Meyer and Vera Meyer; and his sister-in-law Pat Fritz. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
