He is survived by: his former wife Rebecca Rakes; his children, Charles Willis (Stacy) of Clinton, MO, Karlia Dahl (Jason) of Estelline, SD and Brenda Pigors (Eric) of Jamestown, ND; his grandchildren, Cord Burns (Jessica), Maci Dahl, Christina McMillon, Danita Dahl, Micheal McMillon, Grady Pigors, Marissa Manes and Gentry Pigors; his great grandchildren, Aaron, Toby, Raelynn and Landen; his siblings, Marilyn Stern (Marvin) of Conde, SD and Paul Willis of Casper, WY; and his brothers-in-law, Lavern Skott and Neil Wagner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
