He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Springer; his parents, Everett Springer and Opal Springer; his sister-in-law Deloris; and his niece Kimberly Springer.
He is survived by: his brothers, Jim, Mike (Nancy) and Pat (Pam); his sons, Dick (Terryl), Dave (Sheryl) and Dan (Shari); his grandchildren, Tracy Thompson (Derek), Tim Springer (Laurel), Jill Arneson (Cale), Tad Brown (Shelly), Tanya McGinnis (Samson), Jake Springer (Brittany), Jaime Springer, Katlyn Harms (Nate) and Allison Kruger (Braydon); his great grandchildren, Abby, Zac and Alex Lind; his grandchildren, Elaina, Owen, Oliver, Etta Springer, Kate, Cooper, June Arneson, Kase, Barrett Springer, Teagan, Tenley Harms, Bennett Krueger, Olivia, Ethan, Shaela McGinnis, Clarissa Asa (Daniel) and Erika Brown; and his children, Avery and Zuri Asa.
