She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Brannan and Belva Brannan (Kempton); her husband Norman; her son Gary G. Nelson; her brother Eugene Brannan; her brothers-in-law, Bill Krenkal and Robert Perry; and her grandchild Raliegh Nelson.
She is survived by: her sons, Dale (Jill) of Madison and Brad (Kristi) of Sioux Falls; her daughter-in-law Peggy Nelson of Willow Lake; her grandchildren, Daneen, Rachel, Ellen, Amber, Aaron, Megan, Mallory, Marissa, Mandy, Chelsea and Eric; her sister Marjie Krenkal of Kearney; and her sister-in-law Sharon Brannan of Clark. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to the Good Samaritan Center at De Smet in her memory.
