Shirley Ann Stanwood Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Stanwood of Clark, South Dakota, who passed away on December 24, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chas Cryan and Florence Cryan (Dalman); her brother Charles; and her son Terry. She is survived by: her former husband Ralph "Buddy" Stanwood; her daughter Cheri; her grandchildren, Andrew Hartford (Shelly) of Watertown, Heidi Hartford-Thompson of Clark, Jason Hartford (Heidi) of Watertown, Brittany Stanwood of Sioux Falls and Brandie Lynch (Blake) of Sioux Falls; and her stepgrandchildren, Lance Lynch (Iryina) and Jessica Lynch. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Furness Funeral Home (402 N Commercial St, Clark, SD 57225-1243). A rosary was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Michael Catholic Church (112 N Idaho St, Clark, SD 57225).
