He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Holdal and Alice Holdal; and his wife Nancy. He is survived by: his close friend Jude; his girlfriend Gina Sullivan; and his stepsons, Bob and Steve Hintz. He is also survived by three brothers and three sisters.
