She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Voight and Emma Voight (Melcher); her husband Harold; her siblings, Clare Brotherton (Bill), Butch Voight (Maxine) and Clint Voight (Agnes); and her brother-in-law Gordon Hurlbert (Pat).
She is survived by: her children, Ann Schmidt of Raymond, SD, Karen (Jim), Parker, Alexia, Jackson, Allie and Sara Ebbers (Jacob); her grandchildren, Easton and Lawson; her children, Bruce Schmidt and Angela Brown (Kerry); her grandchildren, Ivy, Adelyn and Emma; and her child Lee Kopriva. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Furness Funeral Home (402 N Commercial St, Clark, SD 57225-1243). A prayer was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St Michaels Catholic Church (112 N Idaho St, Clark, SD 57225).
In lieu of flowers, the Hurlbert family requests that memorial donations be made to the Prairie Valley Cemetery in Raymond in Mary's memory.
