Lael Rae Smith Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lael Rae Smith of Clark, South Dakota, who passed away on December 30, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ray Earl Murphy and Bessie B. Wilkey; her former husband Donald MacCaughey Smith; and her children, Earl Smith (Darla) of Battle Ground, WA, Joan Olson (Lyle Crabtree) of Edgemont, Elden Smith (Dinah) of Hereford, AZ, Neil Smith (Dana) of Mountain Home, AR and Marshall Smith (Shirley) of Clark. She was also cherished by 18 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the Clark United Methodist Church.
