It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Ada McHenry of Clark, South Dakota, who passed away on June 7, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harry Warkenthien and Martha Warkenthien (Waldow); her husband Charles Hudson McHenry; her children, Charleen Boland (Carl) of Saginaw, MI, Patricia McHenry of Rock Valley, IA, Mark McHenry (Sandra) and Larry McHenry (Kathy) of Clark; her grandchildren, Kelley, Autumn, Kristi, David, Katie, Jason, Tyler, Steven, Alexander, Brandon, Laurel, Hudson, Hayden and Maggie; her sisters, Wilma VanderLinden of Sheldon, IA and Alma Bauman of Clark; her sister-in-law Donette Warkenthien of Clark; her siblings, Violet Kruse (Walter), Fern Loewen (John), Marvin, Martin, Lyle, Roger and Donald (Helen); her brothers-in-law, Robert Bauman and Robert VanderLinden; her nephew James; and her great-nephews, Nathan and Tyler. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Willow Lake Alumni Association or the Clark American Legion Auxiliary.
