He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Berger and Hattie Berger. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Berger (Hegseth); his daughters, Janel, Mary Aldrich (Duane) of DeSmet, SD and Ruth Haugerud (Darrel) of Watertown, SD; his grandchildren, Stacey Johnsen (Richard), Amanda Singrey, Christopher Rider and Kaylene Rider; and his great grandchildren, April Singrey, Clayton Johnsen, Cole Johnsen and Giselle Tandoh. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, 4 sisters-in-law and 1 brother-in-law.
