He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Palmer. He is survived by: his mother Donna Palmer (Coan); his wife Anne Palmer (Schneider); his daughter Chantel McCoy (Stephen); his grandchildren, Castiel and Damian McCoy; his son Brandon Palmer; his brother Dean Palmer; and his nephew Sam Palmer.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Furness Funeral Home (402 N Commercial St, Clark, SD 57225-1243). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
