She is survived by: her children, Daniel Siemonsma (Sharon), Chester, Dorothy Hass (Loren), Diane Braskamp, Michael Siemonsma (Emily), Colton and Mark Siemonsma (Judy); and her brother-in-law Jim Siemonsma (Mary Jo).
