He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Foster and Mary Foster (Love); his siblings, Mildred Schipke and Willard; his wife Betty Nelson; his daughter Rosella; his son-in-law James DePietro; his granddaughter Johanna; his grandson-in-law Jacob Oswelier; his grandson John DePietro of Independence, MN; his brother Donald Foster (Muriel) of Spokane, WA; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Foster of Beresford, SD, Frances Nelson of Denver, CO and Dean Nelson (Beverly) of Seattle, WA. He was also cherished by son nieces and nephews.
The family requests any donations be sent to the Chester United Methodist Church Youth Group or the Wounded Warriors Project.
