It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harvey Berens of Chancellor, South Dakota, who passed away on April 21, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Jr. Berens and Martha Berens (Bosch); his former wife Deloris Nogelmeier; his wife Berneta Plucker-Noglemeier; his siblings, Mavis Christensen, Elwayne Berens, Duane Berens and Viola Berg; his granddaughter Trisha Michael; and his great grandchild Aubry Jorgensen.
He is survived by: his sons, Douglas Berens (Jolene), Randall Berens (Ravila) and Dwight Berens (Sandra); his grandchildren, Craig Berens (Andrea), Adam Berens (Trisha), Jessica Jorgensen (Andrew), Tyler Berens (Kendra), Riston Berens (Tami) and Rachel Brown (Matt); his stepchildren, Brenda Bultena (Rodney) of Burkburnett, TX, Byron Nogelmeier (Robin) and Belinda Nogelmeier; and his sister Ocesola Lafontaine (Parker).
In lieu of flowers, memorials to charity are preferred.
