She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lloyd Mansfield and Mamie Mansfield (Young); her adoptive parents, Hilbert Highstreet and Lillie Highstreet (Poppens); her husband Henry Schoffelman; her son Vincent Neil; her grandsons, Eric Schoffelman and Michael Groeneveld; her sons-in-law, Donald Groeneveld and Ronald Fast; her siblings, Vernon Mansfield, Ruth Herr, Mildred Watkins, Florence Javers, Gladys Quigley, Evelyn Hoekman, Ethel Jean Brown and Carolyn Sue Mansfield; her children, Karen Groeneveld, Judy Kistler (Edward), Gene Schoffelman (Helen), Randy Schoffelman, Daniel Schoffelman (Gail), Sheryl Fast (Jon Reiners), Corale Mattson (Mike) and Lori Ulbrich (Greg); and her sister-in-law Esther Kuper. She was also cherished by 26 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren and 19 great-great-grandchildren.
