He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. Picotte and Grace LaPointe Picotte. He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Picotte Jr., Bertha Brown Bear, Benedict Picotte, Harold Picotte Sr., Vivian Gullikson and Evangeline Picotte (Agnes); his daughter Mabel; and his granddaughter Evangeline. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and grandchildren.
