It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlys M Hallman of Chamberlain, South Dakota, born in Mitchell, South Dakota, who passed away on November 19, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathryn Miller (Zimmerman) of White Lake, SD. and Fred Miller Sr.; her husband Walter Hallman; her brother Fred Miller Jr.; and her niece Janice Miller.
She is survived by: her daughter Barb Springer (Leonard) of Oacoma; her grandchildren, Sandi Springer of Pukwana, Brent Springer of Gann Valley and Sundee Mayer (Adam) of Pukwana; her great grandchildren, Bailey, Colin and Sheldon Mayer; her sisters, Jean Blackwell (Dwain) of Chamberlain and Lois Goodrich (Ross) of Mundelein, IL; and her sister-in-law Ethel Miller of Kimball.
