She was predeceased by: her parents, William Schlepuetz and Anna Schlepuetz (Blasius); her husband Robert Kubik of Margaret's Catholic Church; and her siblings, Herb, Wilfred "Bud", Leonard Schlepuetz and Geneva Miner.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Cordell (Ronald) and Lonnie Kubik. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and numerous great-great grandchildren.
