He was predeceased by: his brothers, Billy and David. He is survived by: his wife Pauline Bravek; his children, Melvin Soulek of Sioux Falls, SD and Lisa Farley (Mike) of Kimball; and his grandchildren, Evan, Kadence Soulek, Emma, Mayson and Hannah Farley.
