He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Altheide and Ida Altheide (Sampson); his daughter Kimberly Stewart; and his brother Duane Altheide. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis E. Altheide of Chamberlain, SD; and his brothers, Roger Altheide (Shirley) of Marshall, MN and Norman Altheide of Dunnellon, FL. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
