Donald McColley Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald McColley in Chamberlain, South Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 18, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rollin and Mildred Lucy McColley (Parker); his spouse Jean Alma Young; his grandson Beau Bradford; and his sisters, Beverly Adamson (McColley) and Frances Kay Nedved (McColley).
He is survived by: his children, Rick McColley Newcastle (Ann), Cathleen Aldrich Sheridan (Daniel), Pamela Pzinski (Charles) and Debra Piana Newcastle (Paul); and his grandchildren, Joseph McColley (Laura), Molly McColley, Erin Haynes (Scott), Christopher Pzinski (Lisa), Matthew Pzinski (Erin), Lacey Rosenau and Donald Cochran (Brittney). He is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the United Methodist Church (23 N Seneca Ave, Newcastle, WY 82701).
Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church or Weston County Humane Society.
