Kulhavy; her children, Joe Kulhavy and Jayne Lunn; her grandchildren, Shelby Lacek (Nathan), Sophia Lunn and Zachariah Lunn; her great grandchild Jackson Lacek; and her siblings, Gene Boysen (Francis), Terry Boysen (Donna), Tommy Boysen (Gloria) and Sally Jongejeugd (Don).
