He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Metcalf Sr. and Sharon Shields; his grandparents, Diana, Leonard Metcalf Sr., Vivian Loudner and William Shields; his aunt Wilhelmina Janis; and his sisters, Kris McCauley, Tally Metcalf and Heidi Metcalf.
He is survived by: his sons, Dontaye Head, Tjay Head and Treyvon Head; his granddaughter Ava Onalee; and his siblings, Kenny Seaboy, Trinnie Seaboy, Lonnie Seaboy, Leonard Metcalf, Michael Fallis, Dianna Metcalf, Kally Metcalf and Seanna Fallis. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
