She was predeceased by: her husband Gene; her son Eugene; her brother LaVerne; and her siblings-in-law, Richard and Judy.

She is survived by: her sons, Gregory and Greg Olson of Chamberlain; her siblings, LeRoy Arhart of Woonsocket, SD, Agnes Ekstrum of Kimball, SD, Diane Thompson and Harlan Thompson of Emerson, NE.; and also, Melanie Olson of Chamberlain and Phyllis Arhart of Woonsocket, SD.
