He was predeceased by: his parents, James Herman and Eva Knutson (Jensen); and his siblings, Bonnie Mae Knutson, Darrell Knutson and Beverly Knutson.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Marie Hansen; his children, Susan Bjordal (Tim) of Sioux Falls, SD, Steven Knutson (Vonni) of Centerville, Daniel (Kyla) of Centerville and Linda Strough (Bill) of Las Vegas, NV; his grandchildren, Seth Bjordal (Madison) of Sioux Falls, Aubrey Bjordal (Tanner) of Dickinson, ND, Josiah and Bethany Knutson of Centerville; and his sister-in-law Ruby Knutson of Centerville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
