He is survived by: his parents, James Kogel and Lorraine Metter of Huron; his former wife Sheri Blue; his children, Payne Feldman of Huron, Sierra Kogel of Huron, Allie Knipfer (Lane) of Wessington Springs and Shawn Diehl of Huron; his grandsons, Mason and Liam Knipfer of Wessington Springs; his grandmother Carolyn Metter of Huron; his siblings, Tenaya Marone of Crofton, NE, Jayme Kogel of Redding, CA, Dave Marone (Jody) of Pukwana, Kristi Alley (David) of Isabel and Scot Marone (Tracy) of Huron; and his nieces and nephews, Clay Murdock, Rich, Megan Marone and Misty Heck (Brandon, family: Jamie Hoggarth, Ali Higgans, Krystal Dorsey, Lane Alley, Tanner Marone, Jakop Marone, Karissa Kretchmer, Whitney Kretchmer). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends.
