He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd C. Stavick; his grandparents, Clarence, Francis Stavick, Jim and Myrtle Spurgin; his aunt Shirley Borah (Clayton); his uncle Donnie Spurgin; and his cousin Butch Borah.
He is survived by: his mother Marilyn; his father-in-law Dick Linneman; his sister Lana Smunk (Bob) of Clear Lake, SD; and his uncles, Chuck Spurgin of Madison, SD and Richard Spurgin of Lake City, SD.
