Kay Gross Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2020, at the age of 77, Kay Gross (Carpenter, South Dakota), born in Huron, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Weber and Lillian Weber (Tschetter); her husband Ivan Gross; her brother Howard, Jr.; and her grandson Joshua Gene Gross.
She is survived by: her children, Lori Hovde (Rick) of Willow Lake, SD and Jared Gross (Jean) of Sioux Falls, SD; her grandchildren, Dusty Hovde (Jenna), Jamie Tarbox (Tyler), Misty Leichtenberg (Jay), Brooklyn Gross and Kaitlin Gross; her great grandchildren, Beckham, Karsyn, Gracyn, Rowan, Miles and Ivy K; her sister Faye Hay (Ken) of Parker, SD; and her friends, Kathryn Wicks and Violet Wicks. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church or Spectrum Matters: a learning center for children on the autism spectrum, 1103 2nd Ave. SE, Watertown, SD 57201.
