He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Gengler and Rose Gengler (Carrol); his wife Ann Louise; and his brothers, David, Steven and Joel.
He is survived by: his children, Jim Gengler (Cindy) of Greenriver, WY, Jeff Gengler of Las Vegas, NV and Gail Lacy Miller (Clyde) of Black Hawk, SD; and his siblings, Barbara Harvey (Bob) of Spearfish, SD, Rosie DuVall of Mt. Home, AK, Vicky Dower (Lawrence) of Mt. Home, AK, Ronald Gengler (Marianna) of Spearfish, SD and John Gengler (Barb) of San Angelo, TX. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
