He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Carlson and Marge Carlson (Velgersdyk); and his son Clint. He is survived by: his wife Judith Mae Thompson; his children, Brian Carlson (Tammy) of Marion, SD, Deb Thompson (Scott) of Canton, SD, Annette Williams and Eva Powell; and his siblings, Verlys Sandahl (Chuck) of Hawarden, IA and Roger Abbott (June) of Clarion, IA. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
