He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" and Lois Winter (Lape); his siblings, Darwin, Gary, Karolyn Henderson and Joan Driesen; and his son-in-law Duane Feucht.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Behring; his children, Teresa Feucht, Tim Winter (Michelle), Denise Winter, Diane Holmberg (Chris) and William Winter; his grandchildren, Jennifer Cole, Matthew Feucht, Amy Eisman, Stephanie Winter, Stacy Brown, Samantha Winter, Shelby Van Voorst, Becky Winter, Andrew Winter, Christa Winter-King, Oscar Holmberg and Sophie Holmberg; and his siblings, Marlo Winter (Liz), Janene Driesen and Lanny Winter (Shirley). He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
