He is survived by: his wife Gwen; his sons, Trevor Lease (Sara) and Kyle Lease (Katie); his grandchildren, Brock, Jesse, Tera, Amanda, Tyler and Gwendolyne; and his siblings, Jack Lease (Carol), David Lease (Kate) and Mary Lease. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
